Yes we do if your state is not on our page please contact us and we will work it out.

All our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars AUD and will convert.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing times:

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping method: Sendle Courier Service.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur when there is a heavy demand IE: leading up to Christmas etc. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Ship Street Poetry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages: Ship Street Poetry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim with Sendle.

We can’t deliver to some places:

We have a great network in Australia which spans coast to coast. However, our drivers can’t pick up from or deliver to places like:

  • Po Box or Parcel Lockers
  • Malls or shopping centres
  • Furniture and retail stores
  • Hospitals 
  • Military bases 
  • Airports

Refund Policy Ship Street Poetry

 

Thanks for purchasing our products at Ship Street Poetry.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars AUD.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

Postage or any other fees will not be refunded.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
